Not sure what in particular you need, her birth record for that date, indicates mother was Bessie Lakes (with Lakes being transcribed wrong and should be Locker). Lorena is in 1920 census with her parents in Woodford County, her father was Tevis Dunn. (1920 Census is transcribed wrong and shows Ferris).

Mrs. Bessie Locker Dunn, 68, of Versailles, Kentucky, widow of Tevis Dunn, died January 27, 1944 at Woodford Memorial Hospital in Versailles. She was a native of Owen County but had been a resident of Versailles since her childhood. She was a member of the Baptist Church, her membership being with a congregation in Owen County. Survivors are three daughters, Mrs. William Locker and Mrs. Bailey Thurman, both of Frankfort, and Mrs. James Wilder, Erie, Pa.; four sons, Wallace Dunn, Lexington, and Robert Dunn, Ernest T. Dunn and William Dunn, all of Versailles; two sisters, Mrs. James Housley and Mrs. Lizzie Marrs, both of Frankfort; one brother, Robert Locker, Frankfort, and eighteen grandchildren. Duell-Clark Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Versailles Baptist Church. Burial was in Versailles Cemetery.
