Hey Folks in Fleming County, I need a bit of help:

Benjamin EDEN is recorded in the 1850 Census. He is mentioned as EATON in court records of Fleming County 1848 in regards to a dispute between David WEAVER and others, including Wm DENTON, Richard VANLANDINGHAM, and Squire DAY. A fellow researcher noted that EDEN Cemetery is in fact the same as the Republican Meeting House Cemetery, where George Philip WEAVER was buried in 1814. This land once belonged to Geo. P. WEAVER as contended in the court records. I am interested in any record of George P. WEAVER or other WEAVER members buried in EDEN Cemetery as early as 1814 onwards.

In Christ, Gordy
