Wilbur M. Frame was an "inmate" of the Topeka State Insane Hospital at the time of the 1930 census. Can anyone tell me how to obtain more information on this individual and his stay at the facility? He is one of our more elusive relatives and no is left to tell us his story.
I would appreciate any advice or information concerning him. Wilbur is the son of James M. and Alice Jame (Nichols) Frame. He was born in Kansas in December, 1886. In 1900 he was in Kansas City, Kansas with his parents and brothers. In 1920 he was in Menlo Park, California working as an orderly in the hospital where his younger brother, Lessey, was hospitalized, recovering from wounds he received in WW1. Thanks.
