I agree, Isaac Tawney sure was hard to track down. I have 3 of the four marriages. There is 5 Tawney's recorded in the document, Isaac Tawney, Mrs. Tawney, Elisha Tawney, willie Tawney, and Jessie Tawney. Isaac had a sister named Jessie who went to live with a sibling after the death of thier mother in 1874. The other one, Emma seemed to be residing where the other sibling was and died in Oregon where Mary Hannah Tawney lived with her husband. This family lost their father in the civil war in 1863 the same year that the youngest sibling was born, Jessie Tawney. I know this is confusing because it was for me. After receiving the court documents, I began to be able to understand the cronilogical events.
Email me directly and I will email the information that I have assembled.
