I found this post while researching the grave stone for Elizabeth L. Thorn. I was at Greenlawn over July 4th holiday looking for my own ancestors and the gravestone caught my eye. I took a picture of it. It says "TO THE MEMORY OF ELIZABETH L. THORN. Consort of BENJAMIN F. THORN, Who departed this life November 8th 1843. Aged 18 years and 5 months." Any further wording is buried as it appears the stone has sunk a little into the ground. I looked up both names in the Vincennes newspaper archive and only found a reference that the two were married on June 10, 1841. I wonder if Elizabeth died in childbirth.
