SOLDIERS MARCH TO PICTURE SHOW
More than 600 members of the 739th Military Police Battalion marched from Camp Mt. Vernon this morning to the Granada Theatre where they were guests of Manager Homer MARVEL at a special showing of the picture "Immortal Sergeant". Camp officers had inquired on the possibility of arranging a show for the soldiers which is highly regarded by the military as a training film. The movie demonstrates the value of cover in actual warfare on the sands of North Africa, officers stated.
