CORINNE - Our loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, Pauline Waddoups Jensen Luckey, 85, passed away peacefully on Saturday, 29 June 2013 at the Davis Hospital in Layton, Utah. She was born on 20 July 1927 in Dayton, Idaho, a daughter of Fenton and Jane Ann Page Waddoups. She attended Junior High School in Preston and graduated from Box Elder High School in 1945. Pauline married Roy "J" Jensen on 28 June 1945 in Ogden, Utah. He preceded her in death on 26 July 1959. She then married Alvin Leroy Luckey on 8 March 1965 in Corinne, Utah. He preceded her in death on 15 November 2002. Pauline was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, where she was 2nd counselor, secretary and teacher in the Relief Society and Primary and the Ward Librarian for five years. Pauline did Danish Extractions for six years and five years as the stake coordinator for the Cache Valley Sociable's. She loved doing her visiting teaching and never missed a month. Pauline was a member of the Daughter of the Utah Pioneers and the Lions Club. She enjoyed sewing, making quilts, ceramics, bunka, drawing, embroidery, painting and reading. Surviving are three children and two step children, Larry (Irene) Jensen, Corinne, UT; Barbra (Boyd) Rushton, Hailey, ID; Jay Roy (Cheryl) Jensen, Plymouth, UT; Claudia (Dwight) Pelfrey, Moulton, AL; Harold (Karen) Luckey, Tremonton, UT; daughter-in-laws, Karen Jensen, Mantua; Tammy Moss, Elko, NV; 22 grandchildren and 43 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husband, two sons, Rex Dee Jensen, Dick W. Jensen, four sisters and two brothers. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 6th July 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Corinne LDS First Ward Chapel, 2535 North 4000 West. Viewings will be held at the Corinne LDS Church on Friday, 5th July from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Interment will be in the Brigham City Cemetery.
