Maurine was born Aug. 15, 1929, in Cornish, Utah, to John Oliver Erickson and Olive Fredricka Bunderson. She married Charles Owen Ainscough Jr. on May 25, 1947. Their love was sealed for time and all eternity in the Logan LDS Temple.

Maurine was a lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
