My great, great grandfather, Alpheus Amuleck Harmon was a teamster and miner. He spent much of his life moving from place to place. I accidentally found him in Kilgore, now Clark County, in the 1900 federal census (ED 52, sheet 4, dwelling #64). He was listed with the John B. Crapo family, relationship, uncle.

Questions: How long did he stay in Kilgore? What work was he doing then? (No occupation was listed in the census.) How, exactly, was he related to the Crapo family?
