The Portlock Thompson that I am a decendant of was born in Robeson County, North Carolina in 1792. He is the son of Daniel and Jamima Portlock. He is buried in Traveler's Rest Cemetery in Macon County, Georgia. I live in Americus, GA - about 20 miles from the cemetery. I believe he is my GGG Grandfather. There is more than 1 Portlock Thompson. The Portlock that I'm speaking of had a grandson named Portlock (not a grandfather of mine but a very distant cousin). I would like to see what you have on him.
