In the 1870 Federal census it looks like she was still in Stuyvesant, living with daughter Margaret Jane.
In the 1875 NY State census it appears that she was in Dutchess county, NY with a son, Abram Eddo.
Her son, James P. Eddo, painter, was living in Litchfield County, CT about the time of her death, he's in the 1880 census there but his mother is not.
Daughter, Margaret Jane Eddo, left Salisbury, CT for California in 1888 and died there in 1925 (see the attached news items). I'm sure you already know that James P. Eddo also ended up in California, and the 1901 tragedy in his life.
