Yes I have been at genealogy a while.
My name is Chris and I reside in Galt.
My great grandmother's sister, Irene Campbell-well... her name was Stephens , but she was raised by her grandparents and they are listed on the marriage, married an Arthur Wray Riddell in Galt{son of Charles Riddell and Elizabeth McNeilly}.
You can find copies of the WW1 papers on the net. Just type in "Attestation Papers" Canada WW1 into Google and search from that site.
You could also check with the Cambridge Archives and see if they have any Directories etc...for 99 Beverley street in Galt for 1900-1920's.
I have a 1946 Galt/Preston Directory and there is an Arthur W. Riddell {wife Irene-my relations}, Clara J. Riddell, Geo. E. Riddell {wife Bessie}, John R. Riddell {wife Jean}, Reginald G. Riddell {wife Eileen}. There is also a Margaret Riddell {widow D F} living in Preston in 1946. Galt, Preston and Hespeler all became Cambridge in 1973.
Let me know if you are looking for anything else in Cambridge.
