Wonderful to have such documents, Lynn. I see a note regarding the baptism date written on it. The date looks like 24 March / 1 April. However, when I enlarge it, the 24 actually looks like 22/. The latter makes more sense as the dual date is always given based on both Gregorian and Julian calenders which would be 11-12 days different in that time frame.
I cannot find a definition for the German word that follows the 22 - anrigoten.
Not sure why your document is cut off - perhaps it was damaged? In any case, a copy of the complete record (only in Russian, not German) should be available from Polish Archives as they do have the Ossowka Lutheran records in their collection.
