I would like to question your comments.
The female name (as every knowledgable Greek will tell you) is LOULA. The son of Loula is called LOULAS. In old Volks-greek the Loulas was also spelled Loulias (Dimitris = Dimitrios; Antonis = Antonios; etc). If asked an underage child (3-6 YO), will tell you his/her mothers name is "Lioulias" because that's the way they pronounce it. It is extremely unlikely that you will find somebody with the name "Lioulias" before 1880-1900. The story with Germany is also not very sound, because those days it was the Austrian-Hungarian Monarchy and they were more on the site of the Turks than the Greeks. Greeks were migrating those days to Russia, Moldavia, Wallachia, etc.

Today all three names, Lioulias, Loulias, and Loulas exist (some use U in the place of OU)

The name Tasikas or Tassikas is also highly questionable. I understand there is an Albanian(?) name Tatsika.
