It's all on FamilySearch, but mostly only the baptisms are indexed, so you have to do some browsing through images -- you can't find them by searching by name.
The census I usually access by typing "1869" into the Find a Collection box at the bottom right of the main Search Records page (https://www.familysearch.org/search/
For church registers beyond baptisms, I search the catalog (https://www.familysearch.org/search/catalog
) for the placename. If I'm not sure where the church was, I start with Dvorzsák's gazetteer (on the Wayback Machine: https://web.archive.org/web/20160327063819/http://www.radixh...
). For places that are now in Slovakia, you can also use the waypoints on the Slovakia Church Books collection (click on "Browse through NNN images" near the bottom of https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1554443
), but I don't know a good way (besides trial and error) to figure out the intermediate jurisdiction (between the denomination and the specific place).
