I just finished doing Badegow and I think I found my ancestor Trien Gret. Lish Schroeder being confirmed in 1755. And there is also Anna Sophia Schroeder being Confirmed in 1745, which would have put her birthdate about 1732. Of course yours like mine could easily be someone else's ancestor, but anyway for whatever it is worth. The records start with 1736, so that leaves her birth out (even if you could read it, because the first of many pages in the beginning are torn, faded real bad, and in a horrible condition. I tried desparately to go through and get every Schroeder father and children, and match them up, but never found my ancestor being born there. It is possible, only possible, that our Schroeder girls are sisters, or at least cousins. The last child I find that Schroeder & Bossow have is dated 1783, and is my ancestor. She lived until 1789 when a Thrien Gret. Bossow is a Godparent (of course it could be someone else) That's it.
I did not know that the 1750 census was only in book form at Salt Lake City, that is why I couldn't find a microfilm reel on it, and I guess I will never be able to find mine. Verna
