(I supposed we ought to migrate this thread over to the Hungarian section...)

It looks like the bit between the names is actually "fdm" -- compare the other records on the page. Positionally, this is the father's occupation, so my guess is that it's an abbreviation of _földműves_ "farmer" (literally "earth-crafter").

(Daddy is listed under "parents", so yeah, the child is legitimate.)

My transcription of the note: _Halálesete a halotti anyakönyv 29/913 t. a.
Németujvár, 1913 III 27. Szendy Kálmán s.k. aktőh._ The "t.a." is probably short for _tétele alatt_ "under entry ...". I found the referenced death entry on image 365, still under Tobaj:
I think the bit about Németujvár is just the "dateline" for the annotation; the stuff after 1913 is definitely the month (Roman numeral) and day, which based on the date of the death entry is a rather sloppy III (with bars above and below) and a 27.

The bit under the registrar's signature is an abbreviation for _anyakönyvvezetőhelyettes_ "assistant registrar" (anyakönyv: register-book [literally mother-book]; vezető: leader, conductor, operator; helyettes: substitute, assistant).
