The Scottish Genealogy Society (referred to above) has almost all, if not all, available sets of gravestone inscriptions, and these all include cemetery plans so you can see where to find the stones you want to see. Also, if there isn't an inscription it almost certainly means that there isn't a stone, in which case there would be no point going to look for one.

Tay Valley FHS in Dundee has all the relevant booklets for cemeteries in Angus, but the published ones only include stones with at least one person who died before 1855. Later stones are not included.

For Angus, the burial records (as opposed to gravestone inscriptions) can be accessed at Deceased Online.
