In 1854 the Griffith Valuation took place in Westmeath.
The are Price's living in Ballymore and 2 familes of McNeill's left living in Ballymore at that time. In Westmeath only 5 ONeill's but still 36 Price's.

The are Price's and ONeill's in Parish Kilcumny in 1854 in which Drumcree is a townland.

The children of Patrick and Jane have rarely used names for the times so it shouldn't be difficult to find copies of
their baptisms if the records for Ballymore have survived.

There is a not for profit but fee paying website
www.rootsireland.ie which has baptism records for
RC Ballymore from 1824-1899 and marriages from 1839-1899.
None for Parish Kilcumny in which Drumcree was a Townland.
Parish's have been amalgamated, closed, etc. over the years.

Drumcree would have been within 12 mi. of the Poor Law Union of Castletowndelvin. My Irish Atlas shows it to the west from today's Delvin.

In 1837 Lewis Topographical Dictionary. Drumcree was a post town, 5 mi. s.e. from Castle-Pollard with 37 houses and 197 inhabitants, there was a parish church there at that time.
Drumcree was also a Parish then.

There are 64 O'Neill's and 4 Price's in the current telephone book.
