Irish Addresses - Help!

Irish addresses confuse me--does anyone know how to write them correctly on an envelope? For example: Gerry Brady, Enaghan Aughna Cniesse, County Longford, Ireland. I'm pretty sure "Enaghan" is the town but I don't know what "Aughna" and "Cniesse" are--streets? So would it be:
Gerry Brady
Aughna Cniesse
Enaghan, County Longford
Ireland
?

Another example: Gerry & Mary Brady, Rosehill Loughdavin Loughduff. I got this one from an online phone book. I figured out it is in Cavan County but I don't know anything else.

I guess what I need to know, since most smaller towns don't have addresses like America:
Jane Doe
123 Main St.
Anytown, NY 12345
...do you put the person's name on one line, then the "address" on the next line, then the town and county on the third line and then Ireland on the fourth line? I am assuming any word I know is not the town would be the "address".

Well this is long. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it. I want to address my envelopes correctly. Thanks so much.
