I just found the following mention of Jane Pettigrew, claiming she was born in Co. Tyrone, Ireland. I don't know anything further about the family. I included the findagrave record for her, as her headstone gives great info.

I know of only two Pettigrew families in Co. Tyrone from this time period. The Pettigrews of Crilly House are well-documented, and much can be found online about them. I don't think Jane's father John could be counted among that family.

The second is William Pettigrew, b. abt 1787 who married Margaret Aiken. This William emigrated to America pre-1850 and settled in Millburn, Essex Co., NJ. Irish records show he was from Aghaloo Parish, Co. Tyrone. Who his parents were is yet unknown.

There could be other Pettigrew lines from the 1700s in Co. Tyrone, but I have not discovered them yet.
