William tearle chapman who lived in Tottenham (head corn road) in early 1900's, was my grand dad . His youngest son Albert Henry was my father.
Joseph, grandads brother we called him uncle joe and I met him as a child on many occasions.
I have traced the chapman family (tearle / creamer) back to mid 1700,s .
I like to hear from you .
Ps I understand from my father that grandad William dropped the tearle double barrel name as he was fed up being called William tearle of apple / crossbow fame.
