Juror List - Freehand will contain long lists of names, occupations, and residence places. These lists will be all handwritten, with no printed information at the top.

Year

Key the year from the header area of the certificate where it says "in the Year of our Lord...".

Key the parish from the image. Do not key the parish if it is designated as hundred or division. If a city name appears, but it is not specified as the Hundred, Division, or Parish, key the name as parish.

Key the Division as it appears. If a city name appears, but it is not specified as the Division or Parish, key the name as parish.

Key the Hundred as it appears. If a city name appears, but it is not specified as the Hundred, Division, or Parish, key the name as parish.

Key any titles before the given name, such as "Dr," "Rev," "Mr," or "Mrs," using the provided dictionary for assistance. If a prefix does not appear in a dictionary then key the prefix as seen.

Key the year from the header area of the certificate where it says "in the Year of our Lord...".

If parish does not appear, leave the parish field blank. If the parish appears on the right side of the page, but names appear on the left side of the page, key the parish for the names on the right, and leave parish blank for the left side.
