Churchwarden Cover
At the beginning of each churchwarden account book is a cover page. Key all applicable information from the cover page, keeping in mind that records may be found both at the top and bottom of the image. Information is only being keyed from the cover page, and subsequent pages in the churchwarden records will not have information keyed (this will avoid duplicate names being keyed), but all images will be browsable in the final database.
Parish
The parish will appear in the record following "of the parish of..." Key the parish as seen, using the provided dictionary for assistance.

Year
Key the year as it appears on the churchwarden cover. Years will appear with a group of names.

Prefix
Key any titles before the Given name, such as "Dr", "Rev", "Mr" or "Mrs", using a dictionary if provided for assistance. If a prefix does not appear in a dictionary then key the prefix as seen.

Given
Key the first name or initial and any middle names of the primary person to whom the record pertains using a dictionary if provided for assistance. If a name does not appear in the dictionary then key the name as seen.

Surname
The Surname is the last name of the primary person to whom the record applies. Capture the Surname using the dictionary provided for assistance. If the surname does not appear in the dictionary then key the surname as seen.

Freeholder List
This form contains Lists of Freeholders. The lists may contain a header with information of when and where the list was created, or the list may simply be a list of names, with no parish or year information. Key all information available.

Churchwarden Account Pages
Churchwarden Account Pages contian information regarding the accounting and disposition of funds, made by the churchwarden. Information for Churchwarden records is only being keyed from the cover page, and subsequent account pages will not have information keyed (this will avoid duplicate names being keyed), but all images will be browsable in the final database. Churchwarden Account Pages will generally have a description of how records we allocated, along with numbers to the right in 3 columns, which show the amount of money alotted.
