Claimants Lists will have a long list of names. This form type may or may not begin with explanatory information at the top of the image.
Prefix
Key any titles before the given name, such as "Dr," "Rev," "Mr," or "Mrs," using the provided dictionary for assistance. If a prefix does not appear in a dictionary then key the prefix as seen.
