Project Instructions
This collection contains Yearbooks and Alumni Directories from Earlham College, a Quaker founded college located in Richmond, Indiana.

Yearbook images should only be classified as a "Yearbook Page" if there are names to be keyed. Any other yearbook images should be classified as "Cover page, Section header, etc."

If names on an image appear in columns, key down the left column then go to the top of the right column. If the names appear in section, key one section first before moving on to the next section.

If a name appears more than once on the image, and all information is the exact same, key this name only once. If the information differs for identical names, key them as two separate records.

Do not key any jobs or degrees in the suffix field.

In the alumni directories, the spouse name will typically follow the letter "m" and the residence location will typically follow the letter "h."
