About this project

This project is a collection of marriage records and marriage banns from the Pavia region of Italy. The records are in Italian and usually quite legible. The difficulty rating of very advanced is determined by the records which are not in a pre-printed format and the occasional illegibility of some records. The project is an exciting collection of invaluable genealogical information.

It is possible that for some records, which are not form based, or in other words are simply written out in paragraph form, that they may extend onto the next image. Whenever possible this should be checked for.
