If an image has the heading "Declaration of Intention" or has the keywords "it is his bona fide intention to become a citizen" mark it as a Declaration. You may also see images that have "Application for a Certificate of Arrival and Preliminary Form for a Declaration of Intention" these should also be marked Declaration and keyed. Be sure to review all samples for clarification. Key whichever fields are available for each image type. If there are any questions submit a query to the Vendor Manager.
