These individual burial permits are legible making the project level difficulty Easy. The permits contain basic information: Name, Race, Gender, Age, Birth Location, Burial Location, Death Place, and Death Date.

Enter the Given name(s) with the assistance of the dictionary provided. The Given name consists of the first name or initial and any middle name or initial. If a Given name is not found in the dictionary then key the name as seen.

Death City or Town
Enter the Death City or Town using the drop-down list provided for assistance in identifying the city or town. If a place does not appear in the drop-down list then key as seen.
From the "Place of Death" section of the record key the Death County, if one appears, using the drop-down list provided for assistance. If a place does not appear in the drop-down list then key as seen.
From the "Place of Death" section of the record, key the Death State if it appears, as seen. A drop-down list is provided for assistance in identifying the state.
The Burial Place can be found in the "Place of Burial" or "Destination" sections of the record. On some records there are preprinted options for the place of burial, key the option which is underlined or circled. Key as seen.
