Woodstock is a town in Windham county in Connecticut. It was formed in 1690 and was called New Roxbury at first as a part of Massachusetts until 1749. Woodstock is a part of the Woodstock probate district and has been since 1831. Pomfret was/were the previous chronological district or districts.
