Warren is a county in Pennsylvania. It was formed in 1800 from the following county/ies: Allegheny/Lycoming. The earliest land deed in Warren was recorded in 1819. The earliest wills begin in 1820. For more information, contact the county at 204 4th St., Warren 16365-2318. On the attached map, Warren is located at C2. Attached to Crawford County until 1805 and then to Venango, Warren was formally organized in 1819.
