Valencia is a county in New Mexico. It was formed in 1852 from the following county/ies: original. Valencia began keeping birth records in ——, marriage records in 1869, and death records in ——. It began keeping land records in 1880s, probate records in 1870, and court records in #13. For more information, contact the county at P.O. Box 969, Los Lunas 87031. On the attached map, Valencia is located at D3. Original territorial records were filed at Valencia, 1852—72; Tome, 1872—74; Belen, 1874—76.
