Tallahatchie is a county in Mississippi. It was formed in 1830 from the following county/ies: Choctaw cession, 1830. Tallahatchie began keeping birth records in ——, marriage records in 1856/1880, and death records in ——. It began keeping land records in 1835, probate records in 1834, and court records in 1841.
