Q: I am confused keying the African American Newspapers. If it lists the city and state where they live and I key it in, why does it come up as a error and will only except the state? Do I just key in states and not the cities?

A: The dictionary for that project was poorly chosen. It does not contain cities, nonetheless, they are to be keyed, you will have to override the validation by pressing f7. --Paulmd199 20:08, 6 July 2011 (UTC)

New to This

q: I was given a project where it says:

Population then the date

then it lists first and last name, county, and age.

That is all on the document. Do I add everything I see? If so, how do I add a column for County and age? I am very new to this and trying to understand how to work the input pages. Thank you.

a: Once the forms are set up contributors do not have the ability to add new columns. See the project specific help for instructions on individual projects.
