At the moment I have 3 image sets that are lists of payments made by men, some actually say "for the lying in of" but women's names are rarely entered. I'm assuming this would be regarded as a cover page, am I correct?

A: There are several different types of receipt payments lists in the examples on the Wiki, so unless someone from WAP says otherwise, I would key them.

Q: I've seen several records where the mother's name is on the left page and the father's name is on the right (two separate images); the father's page includes a "Date of Order" column as well as columns for payments. For Court Date, should I be using the Date of Order value or the latest Payment Month value (which is almost always later than the Date of Order value)?

A:This example: WestYorkshireEngBasRec Record Key 4.JPG shows the latest payment as the date of order value.--Wiedwoman 03:17, 9 November 2014 (UTC)
Sadly, that's not what my pages look like (there's not a sample image for the pages I'm doing). Sample.jpg
Your image shows the first 3 men as making payment in Mar 1822. There are no womans names to key. --Wiedwoman 04:39, 9 November 2014 (UTC)

Q: If there is no payment date just the Date of order and no women's names are given just fathers, should we be entering these in the fathers column leaving the primary name blank and giving this date or do we not list just father's? The last reply has left me rather confused. The next image in the set has the women's names and date paid but no men and the men's names seem to be a continuation of this page.

A: If there is no women's names and only a fathers name and payment date, we are to key that information and leave the women's name blank. --Wiedwoman 04:50, 11 November 2014 (UTC)

Suggestions/Additions

I have an image titled "Apprentices Fines Recd". It lists the "Master's names" and "Children's Names Pd For." Would this be a cover page?

Heads up reviewers, I just got a court order from 1730 and it was in LATIN. <3
