Q: 1. If you key a single digit, such as 1, into the Event Day field, it is highlighted as invalid and you have to press F7 to accept it, but if you add a leading zero it goes through o.k. We don't normally add leading zeroes to any "Day" fields, so I am assuming this is wrong and will be fixed? --Katerimmer 19:09, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
- A: Yes, I will look into this tomorrow. I know that when I tested I did not encounter this issue. Annafechter 04:11, 29 September 2014 (UTC)
Q: 2. Because of the problem with keying Event Day, I read the instructions for this field very carefully and noticed that it says to key the Event Day "as seen on the record". Normally "as seen" means to key whatever it says on the record, so for instance if the day is written out as a word (e.g. "first" or "twelfth") or as numbers and letters (e.g. "1st") it would be keyed as it appears. But I am guessing that the words "as seen" should be ignored and we are supposed to convert what appears on the image to numeric format and key that? --Katerimmer 19:09, 26 September 2014 (UTC)
Q: 3. I have a batch which is from a book where each entry spans a left and right hand page. Each line has a number. The right hand page has no information other than type of trade and length of indenture plus magistrates confirming indenture. You can however see part of the left page which shows master details. Do you want us to make the right hand page a cover page so that the master entries are not duplicated?
- A: The page that has no keyable information should be a cover page. --Wiedwoman 15:39, 28 September 2014 (UTC)
