Q: What do we do when the Inquest is reported on three seperate pages in an image set?  Only the first page has the deceased's name and details, the other two pages are witness statements. A: Generally, the following pages will be classified as Cover Pages. If there is data regarding the primary individual, such as name and age at death that information should be keyed.


Q: How should we key the name of someone only identified as female child and man unknown?
 

A: The identifying phrase should be keyed in the Given Name field. In your example "female child" or "man unknown" would be entered in the Given Name field.
