If witness's names are repeated on more than one image in a set should they still be keyed in? Sometimes they are shown on  more than one of the five types of forms. I have been keying them in, as shown on each form, sometimes with a slightly different spelling.

Q: how do i find my great grandmothers maiden name? i cant find any birth info on m granfather because dont have his parents info, why?

A: That question is beyond the scope of this document. Which is instructions for those who are transcribing this collection. Try asking on a Surname or Location message board. Be sure to provide any information that may assist in this search.
