I have an image that lists 4 different individuals twice, they are all listed first as Generals, with DOR. Later they are listed as Colonels, with earlier DOR. I would assume, as in other projects, that we only key them once and use the later date of promotion to General. Just want to make sure before continuing to key. Thanks

A: I would list them all with the different DOR's. -- Wiedwoman 03:38, 4 July 2013 (UTC)

Q: Should "Ret" be keyed as a Suffix when it appears following a name?

A: no -- Wiedwoman 14:06, 6 July 2013 (UTC)

I have a page titled "Officer of the Day." From what I can determine it appears that the only information to be keyed is the surname and given name. I want to make sure this is the case before I do this and then find out there was something else to be entered. I checked all of the samples on the project page and cannot find a page like this. It appears that in addition to the name, there is a rank and unit and then an address.
