Q:  If there is no residential address, do we key a business address if listed?

A:  Sure, it places the person in a certain time at a certain place, any place will do.

Q: On an Alumni list, do you key partial information from the top of the page or ignore it and begin with the first complete information? For example I have a spouse's name but not the alumus' name and a residence.
