I'm keying in the names and have come across one with 2 aliases. Each keyed record includes a field for one alias per prisoner. Would I repeat all the prisoner information on a second line so I can enter the second alias? Thanks in advance for any help.
A: I would key the first alias you come to since there is only one field for aliases. This is the usual case in other projects as well. (No second line)
