Common Errors
Please do not add a prefix if one is not listed on the document (such as Mr.). Also, please do not key the individual's occupation in the suffix box.
When the reverse side of a Petition is the only document in an image, that image is a Cover Page.
All available data on the form should be keyed, not just the required fields. Some very common examples:
Declaration: Birth Country, Spouse. The Age field is an exception to "key everything" as the instructions say to only key it if a birth date is not provided.
Petition: Birth Country, Spouse, Record Date
The Birth Country field should be keyed as seen. The drop-down dictionary is not much help for very common countries of Roumania, Czecho Slovakia, Czecho Slovak
Where there is a Department of Labour Arrival Form. Check whether there is another document that can be keyed below this
