Extra Keying Helps
That strange squiggly number you will see is a 5.
Sometimes the month name Septembre is abbreviated to a 7 followed by bre, and Décembre is abbreviated to an X followed by bre. Octobre may be 8bre and Novembre 9bre but I haven't seen these yet. Please add illustrations of these if you can; I'm just putting this in quick so it's there for people trying the keying challenge.
If you see in the line "Date de naissance" 55 ans, this means 55 years old, not the year 55.

On some of the cards there is the line "Commune" but nothing is entered. At the top of the card is the stamped name Bordeaux. Is this supposed to be the name entered into the "Commune" field?
