It seems a little unclear about 'Birth Place' - declarations seem to renounce citizenship of countries outside the U.S. and specify these previous citizenships. Should these be taken as 'Birth Place' where there is no other indication?

Q: Instructions say "key right side only of two pages." I have come upon some where the two pages are the two items to key, i.e., left side Declaration and right side Petition. Do we still only key the right side, i.e. Petition and not key the Declaration?
- A: Only key the document on the right side. -- Wiedwoman 17:40, 1 March 2013 (UTC)
Q: I have an image with both a Declaration and Petition on it; both are readable. How should I key this? Just key one or make a separate section for the Petition?
