Q: &nbsp;Instructions say "key right side only of two pages." &nbsp;I have come upon some where the two pages are the two items to key, i.e., left side Declaration and right side Petition. &nbsp;Do we still only key the right side, i.e. Petition and not key the Declaration?

It seems a little unclear about 'Birth Place'  - declarations seem to renounce citizenship of countries outside the U.S. and specify these previous citizenships.  Should these be taken as 'Birth Place' where there is no other indication?
