Q: In Deed Records how do you handle "John Bass to Home Savings Bank?" Do you key the company in the given name field?

Q: In DEEDS I have come across one where land is divided up among a few people. Do we capture all the names just the first one(s) shown?

A: Key all names directly involved in the process on both ends of the deal. Do not key any indirectly involved people, like witnesses. -- Kateshort2 06:42, 18 August 2012 (UTC)
