Q: How do I key a line when several children are written on one line. Example: Franz, Maria. Herbert. --Elisabeth power 08:32, 9 November 2013 (UTC)
A: from Anna. If there are multiple people on a line, key each person with the same line number. Ex: If a mother and her 2 children are all on line number 2, key each persons line number as the number 2.
Q: from Kate Rimmer The instructions for Contract Month say to key the month name in full, but the dropdown list only has the 3 letter abbreviations and numbers. How should we key it, in full or abbreviated?
A: from Anna I apologize for the delay. The field help will be updated soon. We are keying the three letter abbreviation, or number for the month field.
