Extra Keying Helps
Codem: On some of the image for the "Date of acceptance" there might be ditto marks or it says "cod" or "Codem". Codem comes from latin and means "same".

Q: I am keying citizen register from 1894 and sometimes it gives the name of the town/village and the province, or even the country. Do we key all? ie town/village, province and/or country? --Elisabeth power 13:06, 5 October 2012 (UTC)
A: If this is a birthplace we would key all of it. We aren't capturing palaces of residence. --Paulmd199 04:55, 6 October 2012 (UTC)
