Q: Hi Paul, Just want to clarify this bit in the project instructions.
<Document fragments that are not found elsewhere should be keyed too. An example of this would be a document that is torn, but still adhered to the main document, and the fragment is entirely within the image.>
Just wondering if the document fragment should be keyed as a separate section or just keyed before or after the main page whichever the case may be. Kerrie.
A: A separate section would make the reviewing easier. though it will not matter in post production. --Dietricp 02:32, 13 June 2012 (UTC) (this is really paul, honest)
Q: My image is a list of names only in five columns across the page. There is no residence or other data. Does it matter if the names are keyed by column or by row? It would be easier for me to keep track going down one column and then back up to the top, but I wanted to check first. Thanks.
A: Yes, definitely go down one column at a time starting on the left hand side.. Kerrie.
