Extra Keying Helps

Common Keying Errors Found by Reviewers

Some keyers are classing images as Privacy records when there is a pre-1931 Incarceration Year and a post-1931 Conviction Year, but this is incorrect. The Conviction Year should only be used to determine whether it is a Privacy record if there is no Incarceration Year shown on the image. --Katerimmer (talk) 09:20, 9 August 2017 (MDT)

I have come across an image that has several (10 in actual fact) aliases that the person was known to use. Could someone tell me if and how I enter all these or just the latest 2?

A: Only the first 2 aliases should be keyed. --Katerimmer (talk) 03:01, 10 August 2017 (MDT)
